7 parts of the system run in production at the track, laid out below along a single lap (track record: 25.260 seconds). 3 more are in testing. We don’t mix those in with what works.

    Seven cameras run non-stop. Every session lands on disk in one-minute segments.

    For the track

    Footage from every session with nobody operating it. Nothing to switch on, nothing to watch over. How many cameras go up is the track’s call: the system sets no limit.

    Their run is filmed from angles they’ll never see from the seat.

    Where it stands

    Running at the Sopot track: seven cameras, around 293 GB of footage a day. Seven is what that track needs, not the system’s ceiling.

    The same lap from behind the wheel. The camera rides with the driver and goes out live, then lands in the edit alongside the trackside angles.

    The camera rides with the driver. The feed from the kart goes out live, and after the session it’s cut into the film alongside the trackside angles.

    The angle you can’t get from the barrier. It’s also the product drivers ask for on their own. How many karts you fit out is your call.

    They see what they saw from behind the wheel, cut together with the trackside angles.

    Where it stands

    Running at the Sopot track: the feed from the kart goes out live, and once the driver comes in, the onboard footage is cut into the automatic edit alongside the trackside cameras.

    The moment it happens, the run is on the reception screens and on the operator’s preview.

    Live streaming

    A live view on the track’s own network: the reception wall and a mosaic for the operator. Streaming beyond the venue is on the roadmap.

    The reception wall that stops people mid-wait and shows the track off properly.

    For the driver

    Friends and family watch the run live instead of sitting it out in the car park.

    Where it stands

    Runs on the track’s local network (WebRTC, latency under a second). Public streaming still needs a domain and a certificate.

    Team races with real strategy become possible. Between races the panels can double as trackside info screens, if the layout allows it.

    The helmet’s still warm and the film of the run is already waiting in the portal.

    After the session the driver finds their own shots, views them with a watermark and orders the finished film.

    They leave the track with a film worth showing around.

    Where it stands

    Search, preview and ordering work. Payments aren’t live yet and there are no driver accounts yet: identity is a session plus a kart number.

3 things in testing

Localization, speed measurement and the steering wheel displays are in testing. The hardware measures; we’re checking it before it goes into production. For each one we say what it’s waiting on. No dates, because we couldn’t keep them.

    Onboard telemetry is being collected and tested alongside localization. Those two go into production together or not at all.
