We don’t change how you run the place. We add a layer, so every session leaves the driver something worth taking home.
Indoor and outdoor
The same system works indoors and on an outdoor circuit. What changes is how the cameras are mounted, and the light. Outdoors we record evening sessions under the track lighting.

The venue
Put the live picture and the results on a screen and the whole venue reads differently. Same track. It feels like a race meeting, not a kart-hire session.
Returns
A kept time and a record turn a one-off visit into a regular one. They come back to beat a number, not just to have another go.
A day at the venue
This is what a day looks like with this layer on the track. Next to every hour: what happens without reception lifting a finger.
10:00
Cameras record from the first session onwards. Nobody hits REC, nobody keeps an eye on the disk. Footage is written in one-minute segments.
12:30
People in the queue watch the track feed and live results instead of their phones. It’s the same footage that’s already being recorded.
14:00
Session after session. After every run the times, the positions and the record of the day are on screen before the helmet comes off.
16:20
Someone sets a personal best on the last lap, then watches the run at the counter. That’s the moment they ask whether they can have it.
19:00
The start procedure and the pit countdown are controlled and wired into the results. Your staff run a race, not a stopwatch.
21:00
The whole day’s footage is already cut into clips. Nobody sits down to edit in the morning, because there’s nothing left to edit.

The driver sees their film. You see Control: the broadcast to the screens, the results, all the footage and all the hardware in one place. This isn’t a mock-up built for this page. It’s the layout of the panel running at the track today.

These numbers come straight from the sliders above. With that many cameras you’re generating roughly 293 GB a day, and 30 days of it sits on a single 20 TB drive. The benchmark is the working track in Sopot: 7 cameras, about 293 GB a day of continuous recording. Exact hardware sizing happens at the site visit.

We’re building RaceBoard ID: a driver’s memory of their own pace. After the run they collect their time and the film of their best lap. Next visit, they see how much they’ve closed the gap to their own pace from a month ago. For a track that should mean one thing — people coming back. It runs at one track today, and that’s how we talk about it:

That’s how we want it to work. We’ll measure it in Sopot before we claim any more than that.
Why it matters
Cameras and timing are hardware, and anyone can buy hardware. Last year’s footage of your drivers on your track can’t be bought. It had to be recorded back then. A track that starts now is where that history starts. Coming in early buys you something concrete: an exclusivity window for your region, and first call on whatever comes out of testing. We’re not selling a network that doesn’t exist. We’re selling one step, and we measure it.

Nobody walks away from a session thinking it was just good fun. You walk away 0.050 seconds off the best lap that run had in it. That’s what you come back for.
Service and failures
RaceBoard sits on top of your operation. It isn’t the backbone. If our layer goes down, the karts still run, the till still works, people still race. You lose footage from that window, not your day.
One camera going down doesn’t stop the rest; they keep recording, each on its own. Swapping it means undoing a mount, not booking a crew, and there’s a spare sitting at the track.
The system reports its own problems to us. We usually know before anyone at the track has noticed. Upkeep and updates sit on our side of the split, not yours.
How we start
We don’t ask anyone to decide off a slide deck. We start with one stretch of your track and real footage. That’s what tells you whether it works here.
We look at where the action actually happens and how many cameras that takes. Without walking it, any offer is guesswork.
We run the system on a single section. You see footage from your own track, not a slide deck.
After the pilot you know how many people come for their footage and how it looks on screen. Then we talk about covering the rest.
The split
Terms are settled track by track. They depend on its size, how many cameras it takes and what you want running first. That’s why there’s no table of ready-made tiers here. We’d rather talk once we’ve seen the place.
