Short, because there genuinely isn’t much to describe: we count page views without cookies, nothing is collected on our server, and nobody is tracked between sites. Here’s exactly what happens.
When you fill in the form on the contact page, nothing goes to our server. Your browser builds the message out of the fields and opens your own mail client with it ready to go. Your data reaches us only once you press send yourself, and it arrives as an ordinary email.
That message goes to info@raceboard.live. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation about working together lasts, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Since 4 September 2026 we count page views and visitor numbers. There is one reason: we want to know whether this work reaches anyone at all. The counter sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you beyond this site.
The counter’s script and the requests it sends go to our own address, not to an outside server. The data is processed by Vercel, our hosting provider, described below. Visitors are counted without a persistent identifier, so the figures cannot be traced back to one person or to their path across visits.
There is no Google Analytics and no Meta Pixel here. We embed no advertising pixels and no marketing-network scripts, so no ad company finds out you’re here.
We don’t profile anyone, we don’t build mailing lists and we pass nothing on. There are no tracking cookies, so there’s no cookie banner either. There’d be nothing to accept.
Two small technical things, both of which stay on your device and never leave it: whether you’ve already seen the start-lights intro (so it doesn’t replay on every visit) and your best score from the reaction test.
You can wipe them at any time by clearing site data in your browser. None of it identifies a person.
The site runs on Vercel infrastructure. Like any server, it writes technical request logs: IP address, browser type, timestamp. That’s a standard part of hosting, and it’s used only for security and diagnostics.
This policy covers the website. Footage recorded at Kart Center Sopot is processed as part of the system running at the venue, and the rules and the roles of each side are set by the agreement with that particular track.
If you want to know what happens to the footage of your run, write to us or ask the track staff. We’ll give you a straight answer rather than point you at terms and conditions.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it and object to it being processed. In practice that comes down to one email to the contact address. We reply in plain language, with no forms to fill in.
Site operator
The site is run by the RaceBoard team. The company is currently being registered; we’ll add the full registration details here and in the footer as soon as the entry is made in the Polish National Court Register (KRS).
